* Have you ever thought of how difficult it is for a disabled person to climb two flights of stairs or other problems associated with access to a building? * Do you have problems transferring to a suitable accommodation? * Have you heard of the Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) and Home Repair Assistance Grant? * Do you need help with aids and adaptations to facilitate independent living?We offer advice, support and advocate on behalf of our clients with all the above to identify solutions to Disabled Peoples Housing Problems. We believe that housing is a basic fundamental human right and disabled people should have access to appropriate accommodation suitable to their needs. This is a client led service i.e. it is answerable to you. It is also a one-stop service so all issues can be dealt with at a point. The Housing Service is available to all disabled people and the families of disabled people in Hammersmith and Fulham. Do you have housing problems? Do you think we can help?
